Don Lowe has authored more than seventy-five books, manuscripts, screenplays, and scenarios of every description. He has been writing all his life in an effort to get at the truth, the naked truth, and nothing but the truth. His first meaningful book, One Man's Words, was written in 1963, and in 2008 he completed his most recent, Portrait of the Artist, which he calls the culmination of all his literary effort. The rest, also in the "line of fire," he says, make up the ash of the poet/writer's experience.
Lowe was born in London, England during WWII, but he escaped to live most of his adult life on Hydra. He has four children, now scattered around the world.
