 The
reality of game viewing in the African bush is a far cry from the
impression one gets from televised documentaries where weeks of
patient filming are edited into the action shots. In the bush game
is hard to spot; large animals only meters away can camouflage themselves
and blend into invisibility. There is an abundance of
game on Maranata, but one must keep one's eyes peeled, especially in
summer when the vegetation is lushest.
