Hunting

We have no lions. In fact, the only serious predators we have on the farm are leopards. Although we are a game preserve, culling is an essential part of keeping the environmental balance. We therefore invite hunters to act as our lions. [[Details about need to cull.]]

HOW HUNTING WORKS HERE

In the 2005 season, Maranata achieved a hunting success rate of 95 percent for nine game species. Trophies for the season included the following:

3 impala at 26.5², 28.25², and 28.75²
4 wildebeast at 28.25², 28.75², 29.5², and 29.75²
1 reedbuck at 7.75²
2 blesbuck at 14² and 16.75²
